In June 2026, OPEN HOUSE Creative Fest transformed the former JOANN at Del Amo Fashion Center into a space for creativity, connection, and discovery.

Built around a simple idea, that shopping can become an opportunity to learn, make, and connect, OPEN HOUSE brought together 30 local artists, makers, designers, and small businesses for a pop-up market like non other. Each participating brand was invited to share more than what they sell; they created a hands-on experience at each of their booths, giving our community a way to engage with their process, perspective, and story.

People of all ages sat down, made something, tried something new, discovered local businesses, and connected with the people behind them.

We brought the energy of JOANN back to the mall, reimagined as an experience built around the creativity already thriving in our community.
