OPEN HOUSE invites brands to step beyond traditional retail and into a more participatory way of connecting with customers.

Instead of simply showcasing products, participating brands lead simple, hands-on experiences that highlight their perspective, process, or expertise. OPEN HOUSE is designed as an experiential retail environment.

  • You’re not just selling, you’re facilitating a simple, hands-on activity

  • Guests can shop your products and also participate in your experience using activity tickets

  • Activity tickets are managed by the event, allowing you to focus on engagement and sales

  • You’ll spend more time with each guest, creating stronger, more meaningful connections

  • The focus is on interaction, not just transactions

The booth fee for this event has been considered carefully to allow participating small businesses the ability to bring in the materials for the activities for attendees to participate in, the staff to be able to facilitate the activity and retail sales simultaneously.

BOOTH DETAILS

  • No application fee

  • $150-$300 booth fees

  • Booth sizes range from 9’x12’ to 24’x24’

  • Optional rental for tables + chairs available

  • Experiential marketing consultation - we’ll figure out how to bring your brand to the table with an activity that will resonate with shoppers and showcases your brand essence & expertise

Each participating brand hosts a booth inside OPEN HOUSE and leads a guided activity throughout the weekend. Activities are designed to be approachable, repeatable, and aligned with your brand’s point of view.

WHAT PARTICIPATION LOOKS LIKE

This could look like:
- Demonstrating a core technique
- Guiding guests through a small creative exercise
- Offering an interactive exploration of materials or design choices

Alongside the experience, brands are welcome to sell products and connect with attendees in a more meaningful, one-on-one way.
